Noam Inbar is a Partner at Viola Fintech, a Venture Capital fund investing in Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech and Proptech startups across Europe, US and Israel.

Noam has spent the past decade as a Fintech enthusiast, a senior operator and an investor, with a strong track record of building, pivoting and scaling technology ventures and transforming the financial services industry.

Before joining Viola Fintech, she founded an early-stage Fintech investment arm backed by Phoenix Insurance. Prior to that, Noam was the Corporate Vice President of Transformation at Orbia, a publicly traded corporation, where she was responsible for ensuring the success of the company’s strategic transformation. Noam has also held several go-to-market, strategy and business executive leadership roles at PayPal, Forter, Zooz, Oracle and others.

Noam is passionate about leveraging her operational experience to successfully identify and partner with top-notch entrepreneurs who are set out to reinvent global financial services.
