Sherry Graziano is head of digital, client experience, and marketing for Truist Financial Corporation, a purpose-driven financial services organization committed to inspiring and building better lives and communities. Her team is responsible for delivering seamless, personalized, and empowered client and teammate experiences to attract and strengthen relationships and build trust. Her team creates shareholder value by driving brand awareness and consideration, client growth and engagement, and digital adoption. She oversees enterprise and performance marketing, digital sales and servicing, virtual solutions delivery, enterprise capabilities and platforms, client experience design and innovation, client advocacy, and connected channel management and strategy. She is also a member of Truist’s Operating Council.
Prior to her current role, Graziano led digital and care center banking for Truist. This included daily operations of Truist Care Centers, IVR and agent-assisted channels across 120 million client interactions annually. Graziano also previously served as director of digital commerce for Truist, where she led the implementation of innovative digital growth strategies. She has also held leadership positions in mortgage, including sales strategy, operations and transformation. Graziano has 20-plus years’ experience in financial services building and leading high-performing teams across digital commerce, mortgage, operations, business transformation, and client experience.
She co-chairs the Women@Truist Business Resource Group, served on the Bank Administration Institute Board of Directors in 2023 and was appointed in 2024 to the Charlotte Apparo Board of Directors and the Akoya Board of Directors. Graziano earned her bachelor’s degree in health and human performance from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in human resources management from Rollins College.
