Dirk Manske leads the Regulatory & Public Affairs division of the German gas transmission system operator ONTRAS. He has 25+ years of experience in communications, public and regulatory affairs. Before joining ONTRAS in 2021, Mr. Manske held senior expert and managerial positions at the Federation of German Industries (BDI), US Embassy Berlin, Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD, Association of German Engineers (VDI) and at the Association of German Energy and Water Industries (BDEW).
