How we're bringing the industry together safely in Monaco this October
Grimaldi Forum certified as ‘Monaco Safe'
“The safety of the public has always been one of the Principality’s top priorities. The Grimaldi Forum is proud to be one of the first establishments in the Principality to receive the 'Monaco Safe' label from the Government, recognising the sanitary measures we have put in place to ensure our guests have a safe experience from the start of the event to the finish. We are very much looking forward to welcoming IM|Power and FundForum International attendees to Monaco in a safe, sanitary environment.”
Sylvie Biancheri, General Director of the Grimaldi Forum
50% venue capacity
In line with guidance from the local authority, the venue will be operating the event at 50% capacity.
This allows for a maximum number of 1,000 attendees at the event in a space that has the capacity to hold double that number. In conference rooms and theatres, attendees will occupy one seat out of every two staggered between rows. Ensuring social distancing is possible at all times and keeping you safe and secure.
Please note: this is in line with current guidelines and could be subject to change or increase as we get closer to the date of the event.
Informa AllSecure is a comprehensive set of enhanced measures to provide everyone who joins our events with the confidence that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are being applied.
You’ll notice more frequent cleaning of high-touch areas at our events, as well as hand sanitising stations and signage encouraging everyone to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.
We are minimising the number of touchpoints at the event by offering non-contact registration and reminders to maintain physical distancing where necessary.
We are asking everyone to avoid handshakes in favor of non-contact greetings and reducing the need to queue by staggering admission times and updating floor plans. One way systems will also be adopted in high traffic areas - ensuring you can move through the event safely and confidently.
