What is included with my Table Top?
Your table top will come with 1 x 6ft table and two chairs only.
What is my Table Top #?
Your tabletop number will be assigned later in the summer by your account rep, Eric Peterson.
When should I come to set up my Table Top?
Please plan to arrive on Tuesday, October 20 pre-show from 7:00 AM to set up your tabletop display. If you'll be using a personal vehicle for move-in, please review the option 3 in the move in details linked below.
I need to order electrical, where can I do that?
Place an order with the Javits Center by Sunday October 4th, to receive discounted rates.
What can I bring to display on my Table Top?
You can bring the following items to display on your table top:
- Branded tablecloth: Creates a professional and cohesive look.
- Table top signage or pull-up banner: Showcases your brand and key messages.
- Your product: Allows visitors to interact and understand its benefits.
- QR Codes: Links to your brochure, website, and contact details for easy access.
- Tablet or laptop: Displays digital presentations; ensure electrical and internet connections are arranged.
Keep in mind not to bring too much, as space is limited to a tabletop.
Where should I pick up my badge?
Please pick up your badge from the Greenbuild Registration, outside Hall 3A before heading up to The Pavilion.

Register for Your Staff Passes
To login in the Registration Portal, use the welcome email from registration@greenbuildexpo.com, sent to the main logistic contact and this step-by-step video guide on the registration process.
Before registering your team members, please keep the following in mind:
- Portal Access: Only the main logistic contact will initially have access to the portal. They may add additional personnel to enable them to log in and register team members or themselves.
- Individual Registration: Each registrant will receive an email at their unique registered email address
- Unique Email Requirement: A unique email address must be entered for each registration.
- Confirmation Emails: Each registrant will receive a confirmation email directly.
- Browser Navigation: Avoid using your browser's back button during the registration process to prevent errors.

This year you can use your own smart phone to scan attendee badges onsite at the Sustainable Finance & Investing Forum 2026 using the official Greenbuild mobile app. Per your sponsorship, you receive a complimentary license to use on an unlimited number of devices. With this scanning functionality, your entire team will receive access to badge scanning functionality within the event app.
Greenbuild App
The Greenbuild App launches September 8, 2026.
To log into the Greenbuild mobile app, you must first be registered for the event. Once your registration is complete, you will automatically receive an email from noreply@swapcard.com. This email will contain a link that directs you to the app for easy access. Within the Greenbuild Mobile App, the camera icon enables you to scan attendees' badges and seamlessly capture their information.
The Official Greenbuild Mobile App is the primary tool attendees use to navigate the onsite event. To maximize your onsite traffic, it is essential to update your virtual booth information in the app. This ensures attendees can easily find and interact with your booth during the event.

Lead Insights
As an sponsor, you have access to Lead Insights as part of your package, complementing Greenbuild's App Lead Retrieval system. This powerful platform allows you to rate, view, manage, and export all your interaction and campaign data in one centralized location.
How It Works:
Simply use your phone and the Greenbuild App to scan badges, and all information will automatically appear on your Lead Insights Dashboard. The system analyzes this collected data within twenty-four hours, providing comprehensive visibility into all interactions—which you can then view, filter, and export directly from the dashboard.
Getting Started:
You'll receive access credentials and additional information via email from leadinsights@informa.com in late summer 2026.

Certificate of Insurance Requirements
As an sponsor and exhibitor participating at the Sustainable Finance & Investing Forum, you must have adequate liability insurance. To participate in the the Sustainable Finance & Investing Forum, every sponsor and exhibitor must provide proof of coverage meeting the below requirements. It is recommended you have a copy of your Certificate of Insurance onsite, should you be asked to show proof.
