Abir is an experienced management consultant with in-depth leadership and talent expertise. Her core experience lies in leading high-performance teams, Assessment, Leadership Development, talent management, succession planning, competency frameworks as well as training and mentoring.

Abir is currently leading Talent Development at Miral HQ, building and integrating strategies around Employee Retention and EVP, Succession, Leadership programs and more. She s also responsible for leading the execution of employee initiatives such as interactive mentorship programs as well as enabling team development within all ties at Miral.

Earlier, Abir Abdel-Hamid was a Principal leader at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s UAE office. Abir accumulated international business experience via developing executive leaders worldwide through the strategic design and implementation of tailored assessment and development centres worldwide. She has enabled clients to exceed targeted profitability via providing solutions to complex business problems.

Abir has developed talents via leading assessment/development projects, across various industries globally. She designed centres, assessed, coached, trained and provided constructive feedback as well as detailed evaluation reports to clients. She also recruited executive leaders for clients across the MENA region and North America. She worked closely with market leading clients across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, finance, oil & gas, government, and hospitality

Abir has effectively helped a wide range of organisations mobilise their people strategy to drive business outcomes. She has worked on revamping and linking competency frameworks to revised organisational structures. Nevertheless, she has recently worked on HR diagnostic projects aiming to support clients uncover their true needs; consequently, offering tailored solutions to talent management enigmas. She has also worked across a variety of industries, both in the private and government sectors in local GCC markets and globally in North American markets.
