Ashika Tailor leads new business activities for corporate savings plans in the Middle East. With over 13 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, including more than five years in the UAE, Ashika is dedicated to driving the growth of corporate savings and retirement business within the region. She plays a pivotal role in developing new propositions and managing the customer relationship team for Zurich’s market-leading International Pension Plan.

Before joining Zurich, Ashika served as a Global Benefits Director at WTW in both the UK and UAE. In this role, she supported multinational corporations in managing their employee benefit programs worldwide. Her expertise includes pension plan design, actuarial valuations, life and health benefits management and global benefits financing.

Ashika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK.
