Dinesh N. Chaudhari brings over 23 years of rich professional experience, honed within the esteemed corridors of five-star luxury hotel chains. His journey unfolds across iconic establishments such as Kempinski, Jumeirah Group of Hotels and Resorts, and Palazzo Versace, Dubai. Dinesh has made indelible contributions to renowned properties including Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Leela Kempinski, and Palazzo Versace Dubai. His expertise extends to various hospitality task force projects, showcasing his versatility in navigating diverse challenges.

Dinesh's professional evolution traces a trajectory from a strong foundation in hotel operations within the Rooms Division to establishing himself as a seasoned L&D and Human Resources practitioner. Notably, he spearheaded the entire L&D pre-opening setup for Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and later assumed the role of Associate Director of L&D at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, overseeing People Development and other HR facets mainly focusing on Talent and Performance management. Currently, Dinesh holds the position of Director of HR and Talent, leading a dynamic team of HR professionals at the Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Throughout his illustrious career, Dinesh has been instrumental in several projects that earned acclaim, including the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award (DQAA) and Emirates Benchmarking Management (EBM) Award supported by the Dubai Economic Department (DED). His significant contribution to the UAE National Development project at Burj Al Arab garnered the highest accolade in Jumeirah – The Colleague of Exceptional Value.

Dinesh's commitment to excellence was further recognised through awards such as the Hospitality Excellence Award MENA for Training and Development in 2015 and the CIPD - HR and L&D Team of the Year in 2019. In 2023, he received the HR Leader of the Year award during the HR Tech Mena Conference and Awards, and the distinction of being among the Topmost HR Leaders – Middle East by the World HRD Congress (32nd Edition). Additionally, Hospitality.com recognised him among the top 30 Best HR Leaders in the Middle East in 2023. In February 2024, Dinesh was awarded the HR Icons – Most Influential HR Leaders from the Middle East.
