Dr. Andrew R. Timming is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Mohammed bin Salman College, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. He has spent most of his academic career in the United Kingdom and Australia and is now happily settled in the Middle East. An organisational psychologist and psychometrician, Professor Timming researches and teaches in the area of human resource management.

Professor Timming has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles, many appearing in top international journals. He has also authored two books: Applied Statistics and Human Resource Management and Evolutionary Psychology.

He is the Founder and Principal Scientist at http://timmingpsychometrics.com, a boutique firm that designs and administers custom psychometric instruments that employers can use for employee selection and assessment. An Academic Fellow CIPD, he is also an Associate at CIPD UAE.
