Raniah Aljadeed is a Dean of the Deanship of Skills Development at King Saud University, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on talent development, leadership development, and institutional capability building.

With a background spanning academia, professional training, and organisational development, she has led major initiatives to transform learning and development across the university, supporting more than 60,000 students and 18,000 faculty and staff.

Her work focuses on building future-ready capabilities, developing leadership pipelines, strengthening agile L&D frameworks, and creating strategic partnerships with leading global institutions and professional organisations.

Previously, she served as Training Supervisor at the College of Pharmacy, where she led training initiatives and contributed to strengthening experiential learning and professional development. Her current work focuses on advancing Learning & Development as a strategic driver of organisational transformation and Saudi Vision 2030.
