Raniah Aljadeed is a Dean of the Deanship of Skills Development at King Saud University, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on talent development, leadership development, and institutional capability building.
With a background spanning academia, professional training, and organisational development, she has led major initiatives to transform learning and development across the university, supporting more than 60,000 students and 18,000 faculty and staff.
