Federica builds the human skills that drive resilience and business performance at scale. She helps organisations design macro resilience systems: the structures, behaviours, and cultural conditions that sustain performance over time. Working with HR, L&D, and leadership teams, she shifts resilience from reactive stress management to a proactive, system-wide capability — embedding clarity, energy, agility, and connection into how organisations lead, work, and adapt.

With over 20 years in resilience strategy, leadership development, and organisational change, Federica has held senior roles at Mars, Diageo, and Pfizer, and consults with global organisations including LEGO, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Saudi Aramco, and the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Her approach blends behavioural science, strategic insight, and human-centred design to help people and teams thrive under pressure.
