With over 17 years of experience in education, workforce development, and professional qualifications, George has held leadership roles at Cambridge Assessment and Pearson Education, spearheading HR and learning solutions across diverse markets. He has extensive expertise in EdTech, professional development, and talent management, supporting organisations in optimising their HR strategies for long-term success.

George holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership & Global Markets and is currently pursuing an MA in HR Management at Middlesex University. A sought-after international speaker, he has delivered talks on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), Wellbeing, Workplace Learning, and its ROI for employers at global conferences.
