Hatim Al-Atiyah is a Senior HR Leader and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) with more than 20 years of experience across both public and private sectors, leading people strategies and driving organisational transformation at scale.

He currently leads the Human Resources function at The Financial Academy in Saudi Arabia, where he partners with executive leadership to align people strategy, governance, culture, and talent priorities with organisational objectives and national transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Hatim has successfully built and transformed HR functions across a range of industries including engineering, oil & gas, consulting, and higher education. His expertise spans organisational development, leadership and succession planning, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, and workforce transformation.

Recognised for designing resilient and high-performing HR ecosystems, he brings deep expertise in Saudi Labor law and regulatory frameworks, balancing business performance, governance, and sustainable people practices.

Hatim holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and is passionate about advancing the HR profession through strategic people leadership, sharing practical insights on organizational growth, future workforce challenges, and building cultures that create long-term value.
