Helene Gaubert is an award-winning Talent Acquisition Leader with more than a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment and HR transformation across the UK and GCC. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and is CIPD Level 5 qualified. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale recruitment programmes, executive search initiatives, and the workforce mobilisation of new hospitals across the Middle East.
