Ibrahim A. Al-Azzaz is a seasoned Human Capital leader with over 15 years of experience leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development across multinational environments. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital Development at Vision Invest, he oversees enterprise-wide HC initiatives and represents the company on Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Ibrahim has a strong track record in building HR functions from the ground up, driving localisation and talent development programs, and supporting business growth through strategic workforce planning. His experience spans global roles with Air Products Qudra and Baker Hughes, where he led large-scale HR operations, compliance, and leadership development across multiple regions.

He holds an Executive MBA from Mohammed Bin Salman College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
