Larissa Murmann is Vice President, Global Commercial People Function and Global Change Lead for Salesforce Transformation at Werfen, where she leads the global commercial people strategy while driving one of the company’s largest enterprise transformation programs.

Prior to joining Werfen, Larissa served as Digital CHRO at Unilever International, leading the global people agenda while accelerating the organization’s digital and AI transformation. During her time at Unilever, she played a key role in modernising HR, building digital capabilities, and shaping new ways of working across a global business.

With more than 16 years of international leadership experience across seven countries, three continents, multiple industries, and functions spanning Human Resources and Technology, Larissa has built a career at the intersection of business transformation, leadership, and emerging technologies.

She has completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence, including the Chief AI Officer Program at the National University of Singapore and executive programs at MIT, and is recognised for translating AI from a technology discussion into practical business transformation and leadership capability.

Larissa is also the founder of InfinAIte Frequency, a movement where she inspires HR professionals to become AI-ready by developing AI-savvy leaders, building future workforce capabilities, and creating high-performing human-AI teams.
