Matthew Wilkins leads Biz Group Arabia’s AI and Transformation function, where he helps Saudi employers turn AI ambition into practical workforce capability.

He works at the intersection of AI adoption and workforce transformation, focusing on what happens beyond buying the technology and handing out AI licences. How do leaders make better decisions? Matthew has spent more than 15 years in digital learning and emerging technology, working across healthcare, retail, aviation, banking, hospitality and pharmaceuticals. He designs and leads AI Accelerator Labs and executive masterclasses, and works with partners including the Josh Bersin Company, Axonify and Sana Labs.
