Moteb Alshammary is a distinguished leader with over 18 years of experience across various leadership positions. He is the first Saudi Leader to receive the highest level of Agile PeopleOps Framework™ certification as a Certified PeopleOps Coach & Business Coach. He was awarded the International Pride HR Professional - 2010 by World HR Congress.

He currently holds the position Chief of Staff of Hisense Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Hisense, Moteb held several leadership positions in global and multi-national organisations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including his time as Country Ambassador at Agile Peopleops Framework™.

At Hisense, His responsibilities include overseeing business plan delivery, delivering the governance model and managing stakeholders. Moteb oversees the provision of support to different divisions in developing strategies and business plans, managing institutional projects, overseeing the affairs of stakeholders, committees and related reporting activities. Where his job entailed overseeing local & international relationships and managing relations with government entities, Ministers Offices and VIPs to deliver strategic initiatives and goals.

Moteb holds a bachelor’s degree in business communications from the Doane University. He has also pursued his higher studies from world class university MIT in Statistics and Data science and has various certifications from other international academic institutes.
