She has designed and delivered impactful programs for a wide range of audiences across the GCC, Asia, North America, and Europe. With more than 1,000 hours of training delivery, she brings extensive expertise in leadership, communication, and workplace effectiveness.

Her career highlights include serving as Head of the Business English Department at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Shanghai, where she led curriculum development, faculty training, and program design.
