Thierry Malleret on global geopolitics
Thierry acts as Global Strategist to several world leaders and will be joining IMpower to lead our geopolitical sessions.
He is Founder and Managing Partner of Monthly Barometer, a succinct predictive analysis exclusively provided to private investors and some of today’s most influential opinion and decision makers.
Previously, Thierry founded and headed the Global Risk Network at the World Economic Forum, a network that brings together top opinion and policymakers, CEOs and academics.
Eniola Aluko on building winning mindsets
Eniola is a professional footballer, double-FA Women’s Cup winner, three-time Premier/Super League champion, and was league top-scorer with Chelsea.
Leaving London for Turin, she helped Juventus take the Serie A title in her first season with the club and went on to win the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana. She was also the team's top scorer.
Eni was a key figure in the London 2012 TeamGB squad and the England team during a period where the women’s game rose significantly in profile.
Caspar Berry on decision making
As a professional poker player (advising the team during filming of Casino Royale), Caspar has in-depth knowledge of managing risk through his years of playing the best poker players in Las Vegas.
Caspar is now a decision-making expert and trainer, using the metaphor of poker to train clients to make better decisions across all areas of their lives. Caspar has worked with companies including Google, IBM, KPMG, Visa and Esso.
Caspar's session offers advice on when to hold and when to fold in poker, business and life.
Fiona McKay on becoming an activist
Fiona is an award winning entrepreneur, business change & transformation strategist.
She has a unique grasp on the forces that drive and derail the professional and personal trajectories of business leaders and regularly advises those facing complex change in contemporary markets, acting as a strategist, advisor and coach to some of the world’s leading CEO’s and their boards.
Fiona will explain why the world needs to hear your voice. In a society that expects you to stand for something, she asks what will you stand for and offers insight on how to respond to, channel and amplify shareholder, employee and societal activism.
Alison Campbell on finding your brave
Alison is a professional and dynamic trainer, specialising in public speaking & leadership confidence building. Her passion is making everyone, physically and emotionally “fit for business”
Alison held a number of senior leadership positions in the financial services sector, ranging from national partnerships manager at Aviva to regional director for Barclays Private Clients.
As part of these leadership roles, Alison coached and mentored senior managers to be more confident and effective public speakers across a number of businesses.
