For over 28 years DIANMING Tech Co., Ltd. has been establishing itself as a leading manufacturer of VMS/DMS for traffic management and outdoor LED lighting, initially in China and lately as a supplier for worldwide customers. The reputation is among system integrators, highway clients and government authorities.

Our initial mission was to develop and manufacture high quality Variable/Dynamic Message Sign (VMS/DMS) for traffic supervision and management. Nowadays, we’ve been capable to offer VMS and LED Display products which comply with European technical standard (EN12966) and universal communication protocol (NTCIP 1203). In 2009, we established Lighting Division and launched our premium patented LED lighting series.

It was an honor for us to participate the establishing of the industrial standard of LED display in China as a senior member of Chinese LED Display Association and Traffic Management Association. Nowadays, DIANMING’s VMS is the premier choice of most ITS integrators in China and overseas.

As an ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 certificated company, we are proud to have the advantages in materials selection, mechanical design, assembling technology and quality management & control system. In the last 10 years, we have produced over 11000 sets of VMS products for ITS integrator companies. In the last 5 years, we kept having 35~40% share in China VMS market. DIANMING VMS are installed in over 900 roads and highways in China and overseas.
