Exhibitor Badges

All exhibitors are required to wear a badge in order to access the show floor during the event. A badge is also required to gain early access to the show floor Thursday & Friday morning.

Each exhibitor receives a limited amount of complimentary badges, based on booth size.

  • 100 sq ft - 4 badges
  • 200-300 sq ft - 6 badges
  • 400+ sq ft - 8 badges

If additional badges are required, exhibitors can purchase additional badges at $25 per badge through MicroSpec.

Register for Exhibitor Badges

  • A link to the exhibitor registration site plus login instructions will be emailed to your company’s Exhibit Logistics Contact by MicroSpec, our registration company. Watch for an email with the subject line: "LBMAO Buying Show 2026 – Exhibitor Badge Registration."
  • After your company has registered your staff for badges, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent to the email address linked to each individual registration.
  • The QR code must be shown onsite at the Exhibitor Registration Desk to collect your badge. You must have a printed badge to gain access to the show floor during show hours, and for early access on show day. You do not need a badge during move-in.
  • As badges are personalized, there will be no exchanging of badges at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.
  • You may still register onsite, but we encourage pre-registration online to avoid line-ups. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact informa@microspec.com.


Lead Retrieval - Badge Scanning

Lead retrieval helps you easily capture, qualify and connect with potential buyers who attend the show. You can also use the scanner unit to capture fellow exhibitor badges.

This unique solution is sent to each attendee post-event and can facilitate proactive follow-up with you by the potential buyer.

Fully Supported Onsite – MicroSpec lead retrieval personnel are on-site throughout the show with fast and friendly service. They care about your experience so their staff walk the exhibit hall during show hours and visit booths multiple times a day. They’re always ready to answer any questions you may have.
