Sophia is Director of Marketplace Intelligence at Paramount Advertising. She brings her deep expertise in brand strategy and consumer research to help clients stay sharp on all things category, consumer, and culture insight.
Sophia came to Paramount from Google where she developed thought leadership studies to identify big shifts in human behavior. Prior to Google, she worked on the brand strategy team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, where she led a human-centric rebrand of the legacy company in order to meet changing market and consumer expectations. Ultimately, her career started at BBMG, a social impact-focused branding agency, where she built brands rooted in need states for mission-driven products, companies, and nonprofits. Having held both agency and in-house roles throughout her career, she’s worked with leading brands across categories including L’Oreal, The North Face, and Target, to name a few.
When she’s not outside hiking with her husband and dog, her best days at work are spent representing the consumer voice and using data to challenge what’s possible.
