Entry Guidelines

Eligibility
  • Entries must relate to event editions or initiatives organized between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
  • To be eligible, nominations must be submitted for events, companies, or individuals based exclusively within the Middle East region.

Entry Submission
  • All entries must be submitted by 6:00 pm (GST) on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
  • Entries must be submitted through the official online entry platform, Award Force. No other submission methods are accepted.
  • Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
  • All entries, supporting materials, and uploaded files must be in English.

Entry Requirements
  • Word limits must be strictly adhered to.
  • You can enter as many unique nominations as you like, but ensure each entry is clearly related to the chosen category.
  • Provide complete contact details for a designated contact person on the entry form to ensure smooth communication.
  • By submitting your entry, you certify that the information provided is accurate and adheres to the category requirements.

Entry Fees
  • The nomination fee is AED 250 per entry.
  • The fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
  • Once you’ve completed your application, you will be required to pay the entry fee before submitting your final application.
  • Payments can be made directly through the platform using a valid debit or credit card.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice for your records.

Judging Process
  • Judges will assess entries based on the specific requirements of each category.
  • Judges reserve the right to move entries to different categories if deemed appropriate.
  • All information provided to judges will be used solely for judging purposes and will be treated confidentially.
  • Judges will recuse themselves from evaluating any entries where a conflict of interest exists.
  • The judges' decision is final and binding.

Shortlist Announcement
  • Shortlisted nominees will be announced on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

  • The names of shortlisted entrants and category winners will be published on our website. The names of companies/individuals whose entries are not shortlisted will remain confidential.


Second Round of Judging
  • The second round of judging will be an online session held between Monday, 12 May, and Friday, 23 May 2025. If your entry is shortlisted, you must nominate a presenter from your company or team to present your entry to the judges and respond to any questions they may have. You will be informed of your session details when the shortlist is announced. Please note that if you do not attend the session, your entry will not be scored for the second round.


Awards Ceremony
  • Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

  • All shortlisted companies must have at least one representative attending the awards ceremony.
