Hailing from Las Vegas, the Entertainment Capital of the World, Dawn is grateful to have worked her entire professional life in the vibrant and challenging industry of Events, Exhibition & Entertainment.

With three decades of experience in delivering the impossible, she’s worked on nearly every type of event or show for nearly every type of industry. She’s persevered in all situations and numerous locales around the globe and has led teams to fulfil the widely varied dreams and desires of internal and external stakeholders alike.

With the last 2 years in the Middle East and the previous 14 years spent living in Asia, she has run local operations for McDonald’s at the 2008 Beijing & 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, led teams for large casino property openings in Macao, run event operations for an award-winning HK agency and taught future event managers at local business schools and for online programs.

In addition to her role as Division Director for Client Experience for Pico Middle East, she is also our CSR Champion and leading our efforts to deliver sustainably and responsibly for our clients and communities.
