Naomi Warmington is an accomplished sustainability and events leader with 25 years of international experience driving transformation across the events sector. With a background in project management and a Master’s degree in Events Management, she has led global programmes that embed sustainability across supply chains, venues, and event design.

An advocate for education and empowerment, Naomi regularly speaks at international conferences and contributes to industry working groups, where she is known for inspiring wider sector change and reducing event waste.

At Informa, Naomi leads the global rollout of the Sustainable Event Management System and champions the Better Stands Programme—both aligning sustainability with operational excellence and stakeholder value. Naomi was recognised as a Power 50 Green Champion by Micebook in 2023 for her leadership and innovation.

In her spare time Naomi volunteers for Girlguiding UK, where she sits on the Environmental Project Board, supporting youth engagement and long-term environmental impact.
