Boston Logan’s Ride App Pickup is located in a designated area for app-based ride services. Passengers should follow signs for Ride App/Uber/Lyft from the terminals on both overhead and underfoot signage. Request a ride on a ride app once you get your luggage from baggage claim.
Ride App Pickup at Terminal A, C, D, or E:
Proceed through Baggage Claim then follow signs to the Central Parking Garage/Ride App Pickup, where your Terminal pickup and drop-off areas are located.
Ride App Pickup at Terminal B
Terminal B ride app pickup and drop-off is now located on Level 2 (Departures) of the Terminal B Parking Garage. Follow signs to the ride app area.
Logan Express Bus -- Free
- From any arrivals terminal, follow signage to the terminal curb
- Take the BB - Back Bay Logan Express bus to the 800 Boylston St Stop (approx. 18 minutes)
- From Dartmouth St opposite Back Bay Station, head north
- Cross the road and head left down Stuart St, then a sharp right onto Huntington Ave; the venue will be on your right (less than 5 minutes)

- Follow signage for Ground Transportation/On-Airport Shuttle
- Take Massport Shuttle to the MBTA Airport Station
- Ride the Blue Line (Outbound - Bowdoin) to State St (approx. 6 min)
- Follow Orange Line signs; ride the Orange Line (Outbound - Forest Hills) to Back Bay (approx. 6 minutes)
- Exit via Exit via Back Bay - Dartmouth St (North)

Arrival Guide
Registration and Badge Pick Up for the conference will be held on Level 3 of the venue. This can be accessed via elevators or escalators to Level 3.
The conference will be held between Levels 3, 4 and 7 of the hotel, all accessible via elevator and no-step functionality.
Toilets
There are accessible toilets throughout the hotel. In the conference area, there are accessible toilets on each floor, with a dedicated stall in each restroom. There will be Gender Inclusive restroom options available onsite, marked with onsite signage.
Assistance Dogs
Service animals are welcome in the hotel venue. Assistance dogs can be catered for with bowls of water.
