About Our Planner Passes

Planner Passes are designated for professionals across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, and healthcare industries (collectively known as life sciences) who are involved in the planning, management, and/or execution of meetings and events. Planner types include Corporate, Third-Party, and Association Meeting and Event Professionals.

Who Qualifies as a Corporate Planner?

Corporate Planners are professionals employed at a life sciences company and responsible for organizing internal and external events, including investigator meetings, advisory boards, product launches, medical congresses, etc. Those specializing in category sourcing, venue selection, and logistics for their company's meetings and events, as well as those responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating risks in life sciences meetings and events also qualify as a Corporate Planner.

About Third-Party & Association Planners

A Third-Party Planner is a professional employed at an event management company or agency specializing in the planning and execution of meetings and events for life sciences companies.

An Association Planner is a representative from a non-profit life sciences, medical, or healthcare association who organizes meetings and events, such as congresses, conventions, educational programs, etc.

All planners are encouraged to connect and collaborate with our onsite suppliers and exhibitors to explore new opportunities and build lasting partnerships.

The Planner Pass with 8 Appointments is a complimentary, all-access pass with a commitment to pre-schedule and attend a minimum of 8 onsite appointments with our suppliers/exhibitors.

We also offer a priced Planner Pass, which holds no obligation to attend a minimum number of appointments.

About Our Non-Planner & Supplier Passes

While Pharma Forum is specifically designed for Corporate, Third-Party, and Association Planners within the Life Sciences, we understand there are other professionals within the industry who find attending beneficial, whether it be for the educational content and CMP credits or to get a taste of the event for future sponsorship.

About the Non-Planner/DMC Pass

This Pass Is Applicable Towards Two Types of Professionals:

A Non-Planner is someone employed at an Event Management Company/Agency whose position is focused on Business Development, such as finding and sourcing new clients/business, pitching services, etc.

This pass and rate is also relevant for someone employed at a Destination Management Company (DMC), a professional services firm specializing in local expertise and resources at a particular destination for meeting and event planners.

Pass Price: $1299

Supplier/Service Provider Pass

This pass is applicable for those employed at a company that provides goods or services to meeting/event professionals. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hotels & Venues
• Transportation
• Marketing/Creative
• Restaurants
• Gifting
• Technical Services (AV, Engagement Tools, Apps/Software, etc.)
• Convention & Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) / Destination Marketing Organization (DMOs)

Pass Price: $5999

Pass Restrictions

The Non-Planner/DMC Pass and the Supplier/Service Provider Pass do not grant the holder with the same access as the planner passes or sponsorship. Below you will find with is included with this pass, as well as its restrictions:
