Rebecca “Becky” Basile is the Founder and CEO of LogiPlan USA, LLC, a boutique event and meeting management company. Leveraging a large resource network and technology stack, LogiPlan is a client needs-oriented organization.

Becky graduated from Rollins College in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and organizational communication. While she developed into a Meetings & Events Superhero over the course of 24 years in the industry, she managed projects for large organizations including Publicis, Sanofi, Chicago Ideas Week, BioScience Communications, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.

Having a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Becky started her own company, LogiPlan USA, LLC in 2008. Her aim for LogiPlan was to create an organization that has an inclusive culture, centered on VIP management, as well as domestic and international medical meetings. LogiPlan offers strong, flexible support for busy teams who face multifaceted communications and logistics challenges. She has planned meetings and events in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and worked with high-profile persons including George Lucas, Bryan Cranston, Bruno Mars, M. Night Shyamalan, and Dapper Dan.

Becky’s expertise lay in the areas of team management, systems development, executive support, and multiday meetings management. Becky has also served on the Greater Orlando Chapter of MPI Marketing Committee and obtained Women Business Enterprise status from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council for LogiPlan. She is certified in both Healthcare Meeting Compliance (HMCC) and Meeting Management (CMM) from MPI and holds a Digital Events Specialist (DES) certification from PCMA.

Her strengths include listening to and delivering on client needs, everlasting flexibility, and a superhuman ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. She uses her superpowers to protect her clients and counter their meeting and event dilemmas. Becky’s archenemies include Disorganization, Travel Delays, and Inefficient Technology.

With decades of experience in team management, systems development, and executive support, Becky continues to grow LogiPlan’s presence in the event and meeting industry and looks to expand its market presence.

When Becky isn’t out saving the world, she enjoys her time with her family at Headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida.
