Cristina Little is Senior Vice President of Revenue & Profit Optimization for BRE Hotels & Resorts, a Blackstone fund owned hospitality platform, responsible for partnering with both owned hotels and brands to drive commercial strategy and deliver outsized asset performance.

Cristina’s industry experience spans over 30 years. Her early years were with Marriott International in the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe, where she assumed various roles in commercial strategy. Returning to the U.S., Cristina spent more than 12 years at Hilton’s original Waldorf Astoria, in New York City, where she was named Hilton’s first-ever award recipient of the “Jorgen Hansen Award for Excellence in Revenue Management” and was subsequently nominated an additional two years. Prior to joining Blackstone, she was Regional Vice President with Interstate Hotels & Resorts (now Aimbridge) managing the portfolio of Blackstone owned franchise assets prior to moving to the Ownership side in 2017.

A BA graduate of Rutgers College, and MS graduate of Johnson & Wales, Cristina sits on several industry boards, including HSMAI, Hilton’s Distribution Ownership Council, and Marriott’s U.S. & Canada Topline Owner Advisory Council.
