Dawn Will has been in the healthcare & pharmaceutical industry for more than 30 years. She began her healthcare career in the United States Air Force as a Health Services Management enlisted force member serving over 14 years. Dawn graduated from National University in 1999 with a Master of Business Administration degree with Healthcare Administration emphasis. Dawn spent over 14 years with Pfizer in various roles including professional specialty representative, HQ medical information and HQ global congresses and conventions.

Dawn then joined Freeman XP supporting Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in 2012 as the Director, Convention Operations. In 2015, she joined Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as part of the Commercial Operations department as Senior Director, Global Meetings and Conventions. Dawn joined Etherio in 2023 as the VP, Etherio Life Sciences.

A member of Meetings Professional International (MPI) since 2016, she earned the Healthcare Meetings Compliance Certification (HMCC), Certified Meeting Professional and Medical Meeting Professional designations. Dawn is a certified trainer for the HMCC full and refresher course. Dawn is also a member of the MPI-MD Advisory Council with a focus on communicating industry trends, networking and creating forums for knowledge and idea exchange among healthcare meeting industry experts and an active member since 2024 on the MPI Community Advisory Board as Global Liaison for MPI-MD.
