Kelley Fay is a Senior Director on Marriott International’s Topline Franchise Support & Services team, bringing nearly 35 years of experience with the company. In her current role, she focuses on driving topline results by building strategic partnerships, strengthening key business relationships, and simplifying Marriott’s ecosystem to better support the franchise community.

Previously, Kelley served as a Senior Director in the Global Sales Organization, where she leveraged strong buying relationships with Marriott’s most valued B2B partners and acted as a liaison for sustainability initiatives in support of customer priorities. A certified sales facilitator for Marriott’s Learning team, she has partnered with Property Leaders to elevate sales capabilities and business travel expertise. Kelley is also an active mentor, volunteering with Marriott’s University program and the Young Professionals Associate Resource Group. She served two terms on GBTA’s Sustainability Committee as well as completed an Executive Leadership Certification through Cornell University’s e-learning program, reinforcing her commitment to leadership excellence in the hospitality industry.
