Liz Graves has been a key contributor at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide since 2012. As the Implementation & Process Manager, she leads the onboarding process for all new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and laying the foundation for long-term success.

With over 20 years of experience in the meetings and hospitality industry, Liz has held a variety of roles across third-party suppliers, nonprofit organizations, and corporate settings. At M&IW, she previously served as a Customer Success Manager, where she managed one of the company’s major pharmaceutical enterprise accounts.

Throughout her career, Liz has demonstrated exceptional leadership by coaching clients on building scalable event programs and creating customized standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and compliance. She is known for her ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Earlier in her career, Liz specialized in pharmaceutical meetings and HCP compliance as a meeting planner, further solidifying her expertise in this highly regulated sector. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for excellence make her a trusted advisor and valuable partner.
