As the Founder and Owner of DonAtlas Hospitality, Sandon has led a thriving event planning company that serves Fortune 100 companies, major social events, and nonprofit clients, achieving annual revenues of $35 million.

Sandon’s career highlights include managing high-profile corporate accounts, where he consistently drives transparency, alignment, and seamless communication across stakeholders. His leadership is grounded in brand-building, operational efficiency, and a client-centered approach, with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility through initiatives such as Zero Waste Events and ongoing support of nonprofit fundraising efforts.

In addition to his operational and strategic leadership, Sandon is an active industry voice. He has spoken at the Pharma Forum for event professionals and served as a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California and California Lutheran University on hospitality and tourism. He also expanded DonAtlas’ service offerings through the launch of the DonAtlas Rentals division and continues to strengthen community engagement through DonAtlas’ partnership with the Los Angeles Clippers Small Business organization and sponsorship of the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles.

His academic achievements include a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration and Management from East Carolina University. Sandon also holds certifications in Healthcare Meeting Management and Performance Leadership from Cornell University and is currently pursuing a Sustainable Event Professional Certificate.

In previous roles, Sandon managed large-scale catering operations and oversaw a $21 million kitchen renovation project. His experience spans a range of industries, from corporate events and weddings to religious gatherings and large-scale kosher catering. He also served as a corporate trainer for compliance, safety, and diversity, further reflecting his commitment to staff development and excellence.
