Steve leads the Meetings + Events practice area at ZS, where he works with organizations to think holistically about their meetings programs, finding ways to best balance the effectiveness, costs, and compliance of in-person, virtual, and hybrid interactions for internal and external events.

Steve’s background includes both engineering and psychology. He gets to leverage both at ZS, as he is energized by innovating and layering data-based decision-making on top of creative and engaging interactions. From a program perspective, Steve helps companies design and implement strategic meeting management programs, deploy technology solutions to make better data-driven meetings decisions, and support on-going meeting and meeting program analytics. In individual instances, Steve helps companies design more effective and engaging meetings and events, from designing meeting strategy through meeting production and post-meeting impact measurements.
