Tanya Zuckerman is a seasoned leader in the field of congress, meeting and event strategy, bringing more than 36 years of comprehensive experience designing, organizing, and executing high-impact meetings and congresses. Her impressive career spans multiple industries—including pharmaceuticals, financial services, agency, associations, and hospitality—where she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to manage both domestic and international events of varying complexity and scale.

Throughout her career, Tanya has held pivotal leadership roles in strategic meeting management, event production, sales, and client development, earning a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. She has spent 17 years at Bayer, developing deep institutional knowledge and expertise in cross-divisional collaboration. Her strategic focus is complemented by robust skills in procurement, governance, compliance, and creative execution—all aimed at maximizing ROI and enhancing the attendee experience.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Communications from the University of Iowa and has received specialized training in communications, crisis facilitation, and project management. She is a Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
