Sustainability Initiatives

In lieu of distributing a printed materials, we will deliver an environmentally-friendly digital event guide through our ConnectMe app. Look out for signs around the venue to download the App to view the agenda, see who's attending, book appointments and more!

We will be using a TerraCycle Zero Waste Box to recycle used lanyards and badges after the event. Don’t forget to drop off your badge and lanyard off before you leave.

As part of our continued commitment to the sustainability of our event, 100% of the electricity within Pharma Forum is generated from a renewable origin. This results in our electricity use being carbon neutral, minimizing the creation of CO2, and therefore significantly reducing our carbon impact.

Through our commitment to the evolution of the exhibitions industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable exhibition booths we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events. We aim to further minimize exhibition waste by removing carpet in our aisles, using digital signage options as much as possible or using eco cardboard. Finally, encouraging our exhibitors to minimize handouts by utilizing our digital download QR code technology at their booths.
