Even though the global economy is slowing down, the Québec City region continues to do well. In addition, international lingering uncertainties have the advantage of prolonging low-interest rates in North America. The economy of the Québec City CMA, already at full employment, seems able to stay on course for growth. Will the real estate market follow suit?
