Head of Credit and Operational Risk at British international Investment (BII)

Isabelle Niño is the Head of Credit and Operational Risk at BII, the U.K. Development Finance Institution, where she led the development of BII Credit Risk Management function and portfolio risk metrics. Her current responsibilities include managing BII second line credit risk, operational risk and climate risk along with maintaining the DFI’s risk management framework.

Prior to joining BII in 2021, Isabelle was an Executive Director at JPMorgan, having held various roles in Credit Risk Management and Leverage Finance during her 16 years at the Investment Bank. More recently she was the Head of the Emerging Europe and Africa Credit Risk team and the Chief Risk Officer of JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. Johannesburg, the regulated Banking entity of JPMorgan in South Africa.

Isabelle Niño is a graduate of the French Grande Ecole ESSEC, with a Masters in Finance.
