As Head of Business Governance & Portfolio Oversight, Julie leads a team of risk professionals who provide oversight, strategic direction, and guidance on key risk-related areas within TD Asset Management including regulatory, policy governance, operational risk management, and investment risk. Her group develops and implements risk management policies, reporting and operating frameworks with alignment to TD's risk management framework and risk appetite. Julie was formerly Vice President at TD Harbour Capital, where she handled trading, client service and operations for high-net-worth clients.

She has prior experience with several leading firms in the Canadian brokerage industry. Julie holds a B.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University and is a CFA Charter holder. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, the Executive Lead for key talent development programs including the Rotational Analyst/Associate program, the Early Talent program, and the Talent Capability Leader for Wealth IDLC.
