The awards are for individuals, companies and events based in KSA. We encourage all employers in the event and entertainment industry, from both the private and public sectors, to submit award nominations.

To be eligible for a 2025 Saudi Event Show Award nomination, your event should have been run and completed between May 31, 2024, and June 1, 2025. Entries that do not adhere to eligibility period will be disqualified.

The deadline for submission is 5:00 PM (AST) on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

All nominations must be submitted online via the awards platform, and before the nomination deadline on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

No nominations will be considered by the judging panel if not submitted online via the awards platform or after the entry deadline. Please note that all nominations must be submitted in the English language.

• The nomination fee is SAR 250 per entry.

• You can complete your application first and then proceed to payment.

• Once your submission is finalized, you will receive a secure online payment link to complete the fee payment.

• Please note that your application will only be considered valid once the payment is successfully processed.

• The nomination fee is non-refundable.

Yes, you can enter as many unique nominations as is suitable. Please read each category description carefully and adjust your entry to ensure that you reflect the judging criteria.

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the successful receipt of your submission and you will be advised if your submission is incomplete.

Shortlisted nominees will be announced and contacted on Thursday, 7 August 2025.

Winners will be announced during the award ceremony on Thursday, 18 September 2025 at JW Marriott Hotel, Riyadh, KSA
