First keynote announced: Mike McDaniel, Miami Dolphins
Mike McDaniel was named the 11th head coach in team history on Feb. 7, 2022. The 2024 season marks his 18th in the NFL and third as a head coach.
Coach McDaniel is celebrated for his creative play-calling, strategic approach to making the most of his players’ strengths, and progressive offensive schemes, which have significantly improved the Dolphins’ performance.
Known for his calm demeanor and analytical mind, he has quickly become one of the league's most respected young coaches since taking over the Dolphins' head coach position in 2022.
