Kenny Leon is the Vice-President of Member Services and Technology at the Canadian Construction Association (CCA). With more than 25 years of experience in management, marketing, and communications, Kenny brings a forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach to advancing the construction industry.
At CCA, he leads initiatives that foster innovation and digital transformation, including expanding a national innovation mentorship program, launching the benchmark Digital Readiness initiative and report, and overseeing the digitization of CCDC contracts to enhance member access and operational efficiency.
Recognized for his collaborative and strategic leadership, Kenny is skilled at building partnerships, aligning diverse stakeholders, and translating ideas into meaningful action. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a designated Chartered Marketer.
