Steven joined Fitzrovia as a property manager in early 2022. He has been involved in the rental housing industry for 11 years in the United Kingdom and Canada. Since leaving university in the UK, Steven has spent over 5 years in social housing in North-East of England. Having moved to Toronto in 2017, he has worked for over 6 years in various property management and leasing roles in both Class B and Class A properties, including opening of new buildings. After successfully managing The Waverley through its first renewal season, Steven is now the property manager of The Elm & The Ledbury, 2 luxury rental properties under construction, located at 88 Queen St East.
