As VP, Customer Experience, it's my job - and my passion - to steer Informa Connect's CX strategy. My team and I work with all internal teams to help define, market, and deliver the optimal customer experience. Although my I've worked my entire career in the events industry, I've held roles in production, technology, and marketing. That variety helps me see around corners and successfully join up pieces that result in a more enjoyable experience for our customers.
