Krystal is a seasoned Marketing & Communications Management leader with a degree in Psychology. She's thrilled to have found a role at itracks where she can combine her passions for marketing and qualitative research. She enjoys introducing fellow professionals in her field to new tools and methodologies for gaining deeper insights while making branding and marketing decisions. 

Krystal was previously featured at the Microsoft Women in Cloud Digital Summit, where she presented her Power Talk designed to help others on their journey from “Typical Marketer to Confident Marketing Researcher.”  

She’s excited to be at TMRE forming new connections and learning what other leaders in the Market Research field are currently working on.
