Before joining Glass, Lauren spent about 10 years founding, scaling and leading Insights functions across a few different growth-stage companies, including Nordstrom Trunk Club and Farmer’s Fridge. Building efficient, impactful Insights teams is an area Lauren is passionate about-- and an area she’s recently switched to attacking from the supplier side.
