This logo and profile is for the event website, signage and attendee packet.
Book Your Hotel Room

The group rate is $219 + tax (based on availability), the rate expires on Monday, August 18, 2025.
Register Your Team
Any person who will be onsite at Tobacco+ Forum is required to register for a badge. The deadline to register is Tuesday September 2, 2025.

Review Shipping Details
Please review shipping details page in its entirety to ensure your packages are easily identified at the hotel and can be delivered to your tabletop. The hotel will begin accepting packages on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Place Electrical/AV Order (Tabletop Sponsors Only)
Order Electric and AV by filling out the provided form and sending to ren.schaumburg@encoreglobal.com by Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) (Tabletop Sponsors Only)
A COI must be on file by Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Please ensure your certificate meets insurance requirements.
Submit Retailer Ranking for 1:1 Meetings (Tabletop Sponsors Only)
- You will receive a list of retailers to rank to help us determine your 1:1 meeting schedule. The retailer list will be sent 2 weeks prior to the event.
- A preliminary 1:1 meeting schedule will be available within a week from the event.
- Meetings are scheduled for 15 minutes and will take place at your tabletop.
Retailer Rankings are due Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
