Jason Hazen

Jason has over 30 years of industry experience spanning between aviation and energy. Jason has held executive positions in airport affairs, ground operations, customer service, business development, supply chain, sales/marketing, and procurement. He began his career with Emery Worldwide Airlines in Operations Control. Emery was purchased by UPS in 2002. He is a founding member and former Vice-President/Airports and Ground Operations of Skybus Airlines, an Ultra Low-Cost Carrier that was based in Columbus, OH.

Jason was also head of commodity sales and trading for Husky Energy (now Cenovus), a fully integrated North American oil and gas company. In 2019 he departed Husky to become President/CEO of Deviate Analytics Inc. a SaaS technology start-up that provides route optimization and operational efficiencies to the aviation industry. After selling Deviate, Jason joined LanzaJet as Global Director, Fuels Marketing where he heads up all ethanol purchasing and SAF/RD commercial offtake strategy.
