Dr. David Flowers is a quantitative systems pharmacology modeler with years of experience supporting drug programs across the pipeline involving various modalities and indications. He earned his Ph. D. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in biological engineering, developing a QSP model of the complement system. Since then, he has worked as a modeler at Applied BioMath/Certara, supporting dozens of projects involving T-cell engagers, checkpoint inhibitors, immunocytokines, gene therapies, targeted protein degraders, and other modalities to support lead candidate selection and optimization, dose selection, study design, and other aspects of drug development. Dr. Flowers has authored a paper on innovations he developed for QSP models of T-cell engagers, as well as several other papers and posters.
